If the goods are damaged in transit Taste of the Orient will provide the refund
Customers are able to return non – damaged goods and should be with all original packaging, please do note that the customer is liable for postage cost of the return. Taste of the Orient must be notified of such returns with in 7 days of receiving the goods to be valid. It your responsibility to ensure that all the items were secured as we ca not refund any lost. If the Goods are damaged in transit Taste of the ORIENT WILL PROVIDE the refund. For the refund process please sent us a picture and the original purchase receipt via email on email@example.com.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- All refunds will be issued back to the original payee and method of payment. Refunds may take approximately 5 working days to be process. We do not refund any postage cost for any returns.
